About Me
I have been in the real estate industry for 10 years after graduating from Nanyang Technological University's Nanyang Business School, with an Honours degree in the Bachelor of Business.
My interest in real estate began with my dream of staying in a condominium. In the early 2000, there was a project "The Lakeshore" which was launched at around $450 psf. I remembered asking my parents to buy an unit so that I can use the facilities. But being the traditional and conservative family, my parents did not proceed to buy. When I chanced upon my friend in 2008, he told me that he just bought an unit for $800 psf. At that moment, it dawned upon me that real estate is an asset!
Back then, I had not yet graduated but had already decided to venture into real estate, Because I did not hope to see such opportunity being lost again. I wanted to educated myself and be well equipped with the knowledge and skills to help the people around me to seize chances when they arise.
Once I received my Honours degree, I dived straight into real estate industry and never looked back. Joined the biggest private developer Far East Organisation for 5 years. Those were the days when I stayed back in the show gallery till midnight just to help my clients with one of their biggest decision in their lives. It was indeed a fun and fruitful journey which I learned and garnered a lot of valuable experiences and knowledge!
With my acquired knowledge and skills, I was ready to be a real estate consultant. I was filled with drive and passion to help my clients to get their dream homes or to achieve their targeted returns.
